In a spring 2005, Rinpoche gave a public talk to a group of local residents from the Virginia countryside surrounding the Lotus Garden Retreat Center. In this teaching, Rinpoche focuses on the attainments of Buddha Shakyamuni and the basics of Buddhist practice.
